Gender equality is a central pillar of our corporate culture at HYDRO LEDUC. We strongly believe in the importance of creating an inclusive work environment where everyone has equal opportunities for growth and professional development, regardless of gender.<\/p>

In application of the law \u201cfor the freedom to choose one\u2019s professional future\u201d of 5 September 2018, HYDRO LEDUC publishes on its website the results of the Gender Equality Index indicators, calculated using data from the year 2025.HYDRO LEDUC is unable to obtain a meaningful result, as the indicators are not calculable. Consequently, this outcome does not allow the company to be positioned within the Index scale.However, this situation does not hinder our determination to foster a more gender-equal organizational culture.<\/p>

Since signing the triennial agreement in January 2017, we have launched various initiatives to promote equality within our company. This includes awareness, training, and implementing policies to ensure fair opportunities for all team members. We also recognize the importance of diversity in our workforce and strive to create an environment where everyone\u2019s contributions are valued, regardless of gender.<\/p>

Our commitment to equality extends beyond compliance with laws and indicators; it is a core value embedded in our daily practices. We are committed to continuing our progress toward greater parity, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive professionally, regardless of gender.<\/p>

At HYDRO LEDUC, we acknowledge that the journey towards true gender equality is an ongoing and evolving process.
