To meet the hydraulic requirements of this application, Hydro Leduc supplies its <a href=\"https:\/\/hydroleduc.com\/en\/fiches\/new-pump-xre41\/\">XRe90<\/a> piston pump, specifically developed for electric drives.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Unlike conventional vehicles, electric drives impose higher rotational speeds, greater speed variations, and stricter requirements in terms of efficiency and acoustic performance. The XRe range was developed precisely to address these new constraints.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/hydroleduc.com\/en\/fiches\/new-pump-xre41\/\">XRe90<\/a> notably features a valve plate entirely designed and manufactured in-house using additive manufacturing. This technology optimizes internal flows, reduces volumetric losses, and significantly improves the pump&#8217;s acoustic levels.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Its nine-piston architecture and optimized distribution are the result of several years of development, combining numerical simulation with experimental testing to achieve consistent performance across a wide range of rotational speeds.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">In this application, the <a href=\"https:\/\/hydroleduc.com\/en\/fiches\/new-pump-xre41\/\">XRe90<\/a> is coupled with a PTRD-D power take-off (PTO) capable of transmitting up to 870 Nm of torque and 140 kW of power. Each pump is <a href=\"https:\/\/hydroleduc.com\/en\/about-us\/quality\/\">individually tested<\/a> on our test rigs prior to delivery to ensure absolute compliance with specified performance metrics.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Beyond this achievement, this project illustrates the evolving needs of commercial vehicle manufacturers and confirms Hydro Leduc&#8217;s ability to support the electrification of mobile hydraulic equipment with solutions that combine power, efficiency, reliability, and low noise emissions.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">We thank <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volvotrucks.fr\/fr-fr\/\">Volvo Trucks<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fassifrance.fr\/\">Fassi<\/a> for their trust and are convinced that this collaboration will pave the way for new generations of hydraulic equipment for electric vehicles.<\/p><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hydro Leduc supports Volvo and Fassi in developing the most powerful crane mounted on an electric carrier in Europe Hydro Leduc is proud to contribute, alongside Volvo Trucks and Fassi, to the development of an electric vehicle designed for the most demanding lifting applications.
