Equality of men and women
In accordance with the law “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future” of 5 September 2018, HYDRO LEDUC publishes on its website the results of the gender equality index indicators, calculated on the basis of the salary elements for 2018. HYDRO LEDUC cannot obtain a significant result because 3 out of 5 indicators are not calculable. HYDRO LEDUC obtains the partial score of 15/25. This result does not allow HYDRO LEDUC to be positioned in the index grid.
HYDRO LEDUC has been working for several years to strengthen equality between women and men within the framework of a three-year agreement signed on the 17th of January 2017.
